PC turns on with any button/click

Hello. I built my PC about 1,5 years ago and as the title says, it boots with any mouse click or button pressed on keyboard, since that day :)
So i was wondering if that is ok?....(kind of late i know...)
I probably did some wrong connections from the mobo to the case (i did it by watching youtube videos..)

Boots, as in it's fully turned off and turns on when you click the mouse?

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Sounds like something BIOS related.
Check for a setting in the BIOS, also make sure it is powering off and not just going to sleep.

Check your BIOS. There's settings for waking on any USB connected device, I think its feature on some mobos.
