Need Some Help

Hello my name is Randomly,
I am seeking out for help on my first PC build.

Case: Raidmax Magnus Z23
MB: ASUS ROG Maximus XI Z390 Hero (WiFi)
CPU: i9 9900KS
CPU Cooler: Scythe Ninja 5 120mm Air CPU Cooler
GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 2080 Super Gaming X Trio

Ram: PNY 64GB (4x16GB) XLR8 Gaming DDR4 3200MHz

Storage: Samsung 970 EVO SSD 1TB

Power: Raidmax Hybrid 730W ATX12V/ EPS12V Power Supply RX-730SS

So this is what is going on. You turn the power supply on and the mother board lights up, but every time I tried to press the start button. Nothing happens. No fans, No display, Nothing. It would not boot up or anything. I don't know if I plug in the cords wrong or what. What to do?

Your graphics card alone uses 250 W, i would be worried about maybe power and or other compatibility issues. What is your motherboard?

Take a few pictures if you can. Might not help me, but it might help other people solve your issues.

The Mother Board is an ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero (Wi-Fi) Z390 
For now I am just trying to on the machine alone. I pulled out the Graphics Card and it would still not turn boot up.
