IE Explorer Issues

So I'm trying to access https://web.mail.mil which is the DOD email website. IE won't let me reach the site because for obvious reasons, it has a REALLY long certificate date. From what I've gathered online I need to add the httpsL//web.mail.mil to my compatibility view settings however I can't figure out how to navigate to these settings. The first site I saw said Alt + T and others have said just press Alt however the hotkey is not working for me. Anyone know other ways to navigate to these settings? I tried going through different tabs from the 3 dots at the top right but couldn't find what I was looking for either.

Assuming you are using IE and not Edge, it's the little gear icon in the upper right next to the smiley face in IE. Click on that, go near the bottom to "internet options"

Nope I'm using Edge, I guess I'll go figure out how to get IE on windows 10 since its settings are more easily accessible. I did reinstall my DOD root certificates so I now get to the point were I can enter the PIN for my CAC but then I get the same error getting to https://web.mail.mil/

IE is in windows 10, just click your start menu and start typing "internet explorer".

I got to it now, had to mess around a bit with some of the advanced settings and which certificate I was selecting but I can access it now.
