Windows reset stuck!

So I tried to reset windows so I can clean all the junk from my computer, but the restart got stuck at 8%. It’s been at 8% for the last 2 1/2 hours and I don’t think it’s going to move. Any suggestions?

Just one - do not try to be clean freak. There are better methods to uninstall unwanted programs. And in most cases uninstalling them do not improve anything. It's not that your computer is designed to handle only 5 programs.

 

And about that stuck - just press reset and check. Maybe you'll be lucky. If not - download Windows, install it and use it without resetting.

If it is stuck, you need another PC, from where you can create a Windows install usb. You can download the tool to create the USB drive from Microsofts website here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
