Corrupt Hard Drive?

I've tried everything to repair my hard drive, from dusting the inside of my motherboard, to using weird third party software from the internet. It keeps coming up with this message:

 

Which is weird, because it's only a sector of the hard drive that gives me this message. Some folders I can open, but really slow. Peculiar because the drive only has one partition.

 

What do i do???

Yeah probably a bad drive. You can download HDTune and scan for bad sector in Error tab or check for S.M.A.R.T information in Health tab.

Well darn. is there any way to recover the files?

Copy what you can while you can...depends on how important the data is, you can take it apart or pay a lot to professionals

Restore them from backup, or attempt data recovery using a bootable Linux environment, albeit at the expensive of potentially killing the drive completely.
