Hello,

I've had the below build setup for about a year and I just replaced the PSU today and my GPU fans go insane (4k RPM) once the card reaches 70 degrees Celsius. I've tired using EVGAs Precision XI

to adjust the fan curve but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Current build

PSU that I just installed today

The two attached screenshots are what I see when just sitting in the PUBG menu.

Any help would be appreciated!

I’m wondering if something lost power when you changed the PSU and got set to default.  Makes me think your motherboard battery might do with being changed out with a fresh one.  Doesn’t help your current situation though of course.  Something may be over riding the fan curves you are setting in that app.  Are there fan curves in your bios that are different?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
