corsair force series gs 128gb vs Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD

Please, Please. .... don't Try to recommend any sort of ssd except them as i am interested in just both of em ' 

OCZ, PLEXTOR etc. not available in my country..

The 840's cheaper, both are great drives.   

 

I'd save the money and get the cheaper option

The software then allows for up to 1Gbs reads.

 

1300 with my pro, I think evo's are about the same speed w/ rapid mode enabled

 

I personally don't notice a difference from 550 to 1300, but it's cool having a higher number xD

Both great drives, 840 Evo is also a really good choice. Let the cheapest one prevail :D

I bought the Corsair for the eye candy. Samsung was my previous pick.

Honestly, I don't think there are any really bad SSDs out there. I would just go for whatever is the cheapest.

Oh yes they are. Pretty much anything jmicron and phison based is unexplainable crap.

 

And afcourse sandforce. But atleast its fast..

Oh boy. They're SSD's. Trust me, you could use the cheapest one with a certain capacity, then the most expensive one with the same capacity, and you wouldn't tell a significant speed difference. 

 

As long as you go sandforce you're fine.
