Not really, but for that price you could probably put together something from used parts bundles/Ebay that would do a decent job.

 

Thinking an old Xeon/server platform with a gtx 770 or something, or maybe an old i7 depending on how the used market looks in your area.

We have a Classified sections in the forum that you at your current posting count do have access to.

When you reach a 100 minimum post count you will have access to either buy/sell/barter and you then will be able to post topics like this.
