Instability with RX5700XT

I have heard that the AMD drivers are not very good. I'm pretty sure that what I'm experiencing has something to do with the card and/or its drivers since I've only started having problems since I installed the new card. 

 

The most common issue is spontaneous crashing, and sometimes my monitors lose signal until I restart. Either way I need to restart the system. Sometimes it crashes when something happens in-game, or maybe just when something new starts loading (like clicking a Youtube video in one case). Sometimes it crashes without warning at all. Sometimes only the main monitor loses signal in which case I simply restart the monitor. My point is that it's not consistent in how it happens or even when it happens. I've had to restart 2-3 times in the span of a few minutes before, and on some days I never have a problem.

 

I also regularly have problems waking the computer. Specifically I'll need to cycle my monitor a little until it gets a signal.

 

I still have the option to return the card for a full refund if someone thinks I should take advantage of that. In this case I would ask for a replacement recommendation. Otherwise I'd like some input as to if there are any solutions, or if maybe these problems will go away eventually.
