pc randomly shuts off

So i have a gaming pc just 2 years old i got a 

1660 ti

amd ryzen 7 2700

asrock b450m steel legend 

and cx 650 

Everytime i start my pc it either fine and i can play games or it just shuts off and repeat till it wont i dont know what causes this if anyone can help

Have you checked the system log to see what causes the restart/shutdown process?

it was a 6008 unexpected shutdown
