Hyperx cloud 2 sound really bad

Hello, few days ago I got my hyperx cloud 2 headphones. First thing I realised is that the sound is really bad, especially while playing csgo which is kinda why I bought them. I tried to connect them with both usb and audio and sound is the same.I don't use 7.1 as it's really bad in csgo. I don't know if I should return them or what to do.

To what are you comparing them? Can you describe the bad aspects of ther sound, what is lacking?

I use my logitech g430 old headphones, I feel like sound is not clear or flat its hard to describe

You can try connection it without the USB thing. It improved quality for me. You might need an additional adapter for that though, I think it depends on the ports your PC has.

I've tried without usb, but it's kinda the same I feel like maybe cloud 2 has too much bass

if you can somehow return it I would and do some more research and try to find something better. I would say cooler master mh 751 but Im not sure if you would like those either

I am just really sad, I can't have same sound on both g430 and cloud 2, and I really like cloud 2
