I can either go for a Ryen 5 3600 or a Ryzen 7 3700X, the System with R5 3600 will cost me 1.8k USD or R7 3700X 2k USD, I will mainly stream R6s and GTA, all parts are new.

Specs:

How much are you spending on the 1080? Why not go for like a 2070 super?

I'm also torn between recommending the 3600 or 3700

spending 610 USD for the Brand New gtx 1080 (non ti) a rtx 2070 s costs 900 USD

I can either get a 1080 (non ti) or a rtx 2060 (non super) i've seen some streamers who stream with a gtx 1080 (non ti) but never seen a twitch streamer who streams with a rtx 2060

3200MHz i can also go to 3600MHz but that wouldn't do much because Ryzen 5 and 7 both support max 3200MHz

They do support more! 3000 series chips run the best with 3600, because then the infinity fabric (that links the cores to each other) runs at full speed. However 3200 is also fine. RAM speed is also much dependent on timings. So to judge if you should buy 3200 or 3600 idd ned to know the specific timings! But I guess either one will perform close to each other

System Memory Specification
3200MHz
I don't know on their website it says max memory supported is 3200MHz i can also go for 3600MHz
3600MHz Trident Z Royal will cost me 200 USD
and 3200 Trident Z 160 USD
Looks matter to me so I'll go for the 3600MHz
Thanks

MSI 5700XT Mech 680 USD

Sapphire Nitro+ RX5700XT 850 USD

I can imagine myself getting a ryzen 5 3600 + rx 5700xt msi mech but the twitch streams decodes or encodes and need either a stronge gpu or cpu i would rather get a ryzen 7 3700x with gtx 1080 and run the stream of the cpu

Yes the listed spec is what AMD states. But with a decent MOBO (like yours) you can go faster!

Also i didint notice: The Tomahawk Max is nice, but the MSI B450 A Pro Max is basically the same board with less bling bling for cheaper. So unless you want the ascetic stuf on the Tomahawk -> grab a A Pro Max (what a silly name)

there's no Pro Max here only MSI, Gigabyte and other B450 and I think MSI B450 is the best when it's about VRAM Cooling

I know what he meant but there's no PRO MAX in my Country only selected items for double the price that's why i can't change much there's only MSI and Gigabyte B450 Mobos here

alright, then get the Tomahawk. Its rlly a minor difference here like 10 bucks. As I said perf is the same and way better than what Gigabyte has to offer on B450.
