Define “fast” eBay is your best bet.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Basically what everyone above me said. For 220 bucks, you won't get a hell of a lot.

 

That said, I have sold an older i5, Radeon 7770 GPU and like 4 GB of RAM for ~150 bucks, so you can find deals like that on craigs list and ebay etc. But thats just sorta luck of the draw. I sell used PC parts for relatively cheap, I want them gone and to live in outside a landfill, and I don't feel like ripping off the person buying them. I have sold working PC's with 3-4th gen i3's and 4 GB of RAM for ~70 bucks. Not exactly a lot of PC, but pop an SSD in it and its a TOTALLY viable little machine.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
