PC Shutoff, no post anymore

Brendon Hayes

So I was watching YouTube while I had a flight sim running the background when out of now where my pc shutoff. I turned the pc back on, but no post, and no power to the keyboard and mouse. I did notice that when the pc first starts up, the VGA debug red light comes on but then shortly after goes off.

I also guess that it is the power supply. Is there any way that you can take it to a computer shop so that they can swap in a known-good PSU to test?

I planning to do just that thing this weekend if I can’t find the issue on my own.

Does your system have onboard graphics at all? My next thought would be the video card, so if you have onboard you can remove your graphics card and see if you get post then.
