Windows wont boot after installing GPU drivers

Got my first build running last night and windows booted fine, the problem started when I went to update my GPU drivers and my screen went black. Radeon software installed fine but once I select to update it gets to about 4% and everything goes black. The only way I can get it to come back is to boot into safe mode and do a full system restore not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help is appreciated, Thank you.

Boot up sin safe mode and disable auomatic driver installation in windows: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/disable-automatic-driver-downloads-on-windows-10

you may want to clear GPU driver with DDU and reinstall radeon driver: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v18022-released

You need to run DDU in safe mode.
