Micron E die overclocking. Help

Currently i have a team group elite tuf edition running with xmp timings at 3200mhz cl 16. It was originally a 3000mhz cl16.  I tried to do the memory tuning using the tuning software. But i cant seem to get a stable oc anything above 3200mhz cl16. Is it just bad  silicon or am i doing something wrong?

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

 

CURRENT PC SPECS    

CPU             : Ryzen 5 3600 (Formerly Ryzen 3 1200)

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          : Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

1.36v, ryzen 5 3600 , MSI B350m Bazooka . It was quite old. I just upgraded the ram so im kinda having troubles with it.

Need more voltage and further loosening of tRP and tRCD most likely, but dont be surprised if that doesn't go much further. After all there's a reason why higher rated kits cost more.

are you sure it's micron-E die? not micron-D?

 

HWluxx forum has a load of micron-E settings-timings shared in the appropriate thread. See this:

suggest browsing through the shared pictures, even later posts. .. Are your RAMs in the right slots?

yes. im sure it was micron e die due to the typhon thing.

then, is there any way to find out what kind of die it is? The packaging doesnt say anything about it so im not sure.

dont need to know tbh, while the max frequency and timings for that frequency is different, anything but B-die follow the same rule that everything goes loose rather quickly, other than tCL.
