PLEASE GOD HELP ME

Jesus christ im going to pull my hair out. 

recently I moved my OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-224 into new case and replaced the 1060 with an rtx 2060 as well as upgraded the psu to a 750 watt one. As soon as i get into a cs server It blackscreen reboots. when I play a game such as league i get like less than 1/5th the fps I should be getting. I have ddu nvidia drivers and reinstalled them to no avail. ive been dealing with this for the past week and nothing has worked.

The black screen I am not sure about, I'd reinstall CSGo and see if that fixes it.

The performance could be a bottleneck if you have the i5-7400 in that system paired with the 2060.

also can i just say you need a cpu upgrade really imo as thats quite a bottleneck 2060 is abit op for a 7400. get 16gb ram also u cant run much on 8 anymore

that i5 is not the best yes but it will never bottleneck a 2060 so hard that u would get 1/5the of the fps in a game like lol ^^

Thank you all for the quick replies this is the most help ive gotten

the psu is a CORSAIR RM750x

I have after burner open and the gpu temps are fine as expected.

I cant really check the cpu temps because it instantly reboots but I dont think it could spike that fast. I never had any temp issues with the 1060

I know I need to upgrade the cpu mother board and ram but I pulled the trigger on the gpu and psu so I could give the 1060 to my friend

im getting like 60 frames on league medium settings
