can a egpu work on pavilion x360?

it doesn't have ThunderBolt 3 connector so no. the lightning mark on port

it can as long as you put the wifi card on the connector.

 

and you need to do some tweak that if you are not familiar with it may damage your Laptop.

It depends a lot more on your laptop. In most cases, it's not worth using an eGPU on a laptop without Thunderbolt.
