Origin Irony?

so is this ironic, i had to contact origin to retrieve an old account, as it was locked down for some reason so i couldnt enter my password and to make matters worse i have no access to the email i used to set it up. once getting to the point where i got given a number to ring, the guy gave me a 15% off discount code for use with origin, while i still dont have my account, ironic?

A friend of mine tricked Origin into letting him buy BF4 his account was 17 years old and the game is 18 so he merged a new account so gullible

Funny, they gave me one after quickly solving an issue I had with my account. Say what you want about EA, but their customer support is fantastic. Miles ahead of the atrocious pile of shit customer support at Valve.

i can now truthfully say is it is a gd help service, though the online help guy was slow, but i got through that and then sent to call them on a free to call number and then this nice american woman sorted me out . very happy to get my account back, might buy BF4 with 15% off.

Well they haven't fixed my problem. I got an error message when I tried to purchase something. Eventually the guy just told me to pre-order BF4 on Amazon. Excellent right?
