I have an old pc, and i wanna buy a gtx 760 and it needs 1x 6 pin PCI-E and 1x 8 pin PCI-E, it will be compatible with my nJoy Wooden 650W?

No it will not.

If it is it only has 2x6 pci e connectors.

You could use a molex to 8 pins PCIe adapter if you want. But I suggest a new PSU.

I took the liberty of searching for PSUs on emag.com (I assume you're Romanian, I apologise if I'm mistaken) and found a TXM550 for 352 lei. The PSU originally costs 439.99 lei but right now it has a 20% discount. If you have that much money, go for this one whilst the offer lasts.
