0x80070015 no solution

For around a few months I couldn't update my PC or download stuff from the Microsoft store, but I never really put any mind to it, until recently, where I've needed too.

 

I keep getting the error 0x80070015 on both the Microsoft Store as well as the update screen (when I go to update in settings, it tells me the same code)

I'm not sure what Windows 10 I'm exactly on, like we got it from a random place and it worked for like a year and after that it said it isn't registered and everything stopped working.

I've cleared the SoftwareDistribution and SoftwareDistribution.old file in safe mode, done the MediaCreationTool1901, done that whole "elevated powershell copy and paste this in", same for CMD Prompt, I've reset the Microsoft Store, as well as doing wsreset, and as far as I know I dont have PowerISO or any anti-viruses in the background.

 

 

Some extra info: My PC occasional gets this thing that takes up like 20% of the CPU (it started running as I wrote this, its called Microsoft Software Protection), and my PC takes like 40 minutes to boot with an SSD (well it has like 15 gb free)

Do you made any changes by 3rd party tools or by registry settings? Or maybe you disable some services? Like firewall?

Whatever I did before, I just ended up wiping and reinstalling windows,
