So I have just recently bought the parts for my first pc after a long year of saving, spec list is as follows.

Cant judge airflow yet but that case doesnt do well with that

Timings is the chain of 2 digit numbers in the specs for the memory, for example 16-19-19-39. CL is the first number of the chain
