I am gunna be upgrading my terrible old motherboard, cpu and ram: Intel DQ67SW, I7 2600, terrible ram (im even embarrassed to say) 1333mhz :(.

I will be upgrading to the B450 Aorus Elite Motherboard, Ryzen 5 2600, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (16GB, 3200Mhz). I will also be changing my case due to a switch to an ATX board. I have the Deep Cool Matrexx 50.

Any tips as I really don't want to mess this up. I have done minor upgrades like a new GPU, installing fans but nothing more than that. I have seen quite a lot of tutorials and know minor details.

Any useful tips are incredibly helpful.

Thanks!

What price range are you aiming at?

What GPU did you buy? Because be careful to balance it with the CPU so you don't see big bottlenecks.

A good case and low price that I would recommend is Fractal Design Focus G

See the thing is, I have already purchased the case, motherboard, and ram. I have an RTX 2070 which shouldn't be a bad bottleneck on a 2600 I don't believe. I have a 600W power supply. I had an overall price range of around £350. I have around £120 left for the CPU. All the other parts I can take out of my old PC.

Yeah there will be no bottlenecks. Try to get the ryzen 5 2600X it has a slightly higher base clock and boost clock compared to the 2600.
