Need a 50-70$ case.

Hello.

I need a case at around 50-70$ that is better than my Fractal Design core 3500 non window.

I saw Matrexx 55 is nice. but idk if it is better

If you like the looks of the Matrexx and want a big 'ol eatx capable case then go for it.  It has decent reviews and is in your price range.

Will it be better?  What are you trying to improve?

Then yeah, that is an upgrade.  With the glass you can RGB to your hearts content.

ill buy 4 fans for 3 in front and 1 in the back if i get that. do i need something to tie all the fans together before connecting them to the PSU or Motherboard(im kinda new to building pcs alone)

For power you can use Y connectors if you run out of headers on the mother board for that many fans.  It's basically the same for the RGB, there will be a header on the motherboard for that too.

Phanteks p300a looks decent for a budget case. Cooler Master nr400 too.
