you cant put ddr4 ram if your motherboard and or cpu doesnt support ddr4

You can't install DDR4 in a DDR3 slot/system, you need to upgrade to a whole new generation that supports DDR4 which means the motherboard would be replaced as well.

That cpu only support DDR3, you cannot use DDR4.

You can upgrade it to e5 26XX v2 max, yours is v1 (sandy bridge).
