How well will the build do fps wise for Rainbow six seige and cs go at high settings 1080p

The RAM seems a bit slow, the rest is pretty good (especially the CPU)

Also maybe the MSI B450M MORTAR MAX might be a better buy than the TUF

It will let the gpu all it can do Wich is what you want. 

But faster ram  will probably give you some more fps
