Low frame issue 

Specs

760 gma-p34 (fx) motherboard 

AMD fx 8320 8 core cpu

16 gigs ddr3 

Evga 2060 sc dual fan GPU

600 evga psu

Not sure why but it spikes my cpu and then I have no frames or I crash 

Any thoughts I'm lost.

Games I'm playing 

Arma 3 

Ark survival evolved

Generation zero 

Boarderlands (all) 

Warframe 

Tom clancy's ghost recon wild lands

looks like a CPU bottleneck to me

 

you should upgrade your CPU to solve this

Get rid of the FX 8320, despite being 8 cores its single core performance is complete garbage. The motherboard you're using is AM3+ so you will need a new mobo to get Ryzen CPU's. AM4 mobos are usually about $50 to $100, and something like a Ryzen 5 2600 is only $120.

Depends what’s your budget. B450 Tomahawk Max is really good choice

I'm looking at an x470 prime pro it's only about 10 dollars more is that an okay board it was recommended by a family friend
