So, I run my games at 1440p. I was getting very good FPS so I overclocked my GPU in the games I need to using the Radeon software. But even with low render distances, and overclock, and switching to 1080p, I'm still only getting 45 - 50 fps in Destiny 2 with an RX 580. So, as the title says, is that normal?

I've also been having trouble with games from Epic. I'm not sure if it's DX12 or Unreal Engine but something is causing hitching and freezes, despite my FPS being fine in those games.

If frames don’t change there’s normally a limitation. Frame limit or something hardware wise. As I doubt it’s the game engine itself.
