need help with trying to replace panel

I have a dell P2414HB and the display is finally showing some defects. Upon research the model # for the panel is LM238WF1-SLA3. A replavement panel is $190 US and too expensive. According to this website:

 http://www.panelook.com/LM238WF1-SLA3_LG%20Display_23.8_LCM_parameter_21328.html

There are "Related Models" on the right side of the page and panels for those models are much cheaper. Could any of these "related models" plug and play into my P2414HB?

What factors should I be checking to see if any of those related models will work with the P2414HB?

Download the datasheet and check the connectors and specs. Then compare it with the pinout of other models from LG.

LM238WF1-SLA1 is probably compatible, and maybe it's available in more quantity: http://www.panelook.com/LM238WF1-SLE1_LG Display_23.8_LCM_overview_21057.html

LM238WF1-SLK1 shows up at panelook in lots of quantity, 14k pieces ...  maybe it's cheaper: http://www.panelook.com/LM238WF1-SLK1_LG Display_23.8_LCM_overview_28028.html

Looks to be compatible just the  backlight seems a bit different but the voltage and current is close enough (sle3 uses 55.3v +/- 3.6v and 75mA ... SLK1 needs  54.9v ±3.6V and 90mA , so worst case scenario you would get less maximum brightness)
