1. I dont see why you cant afford a 750W PSU

2. SSHDs are a waste of time, their cache size is too small for any use on a platform that can use huge capacity SSDs anyway

3. Big case? Corsair 750D, Fractal Define R6/S2, Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic XL etc, I dont know what you want from it apart from space

4. Might as well get larger rad when price is not a consideration, 9900k is hot.

5. There's also no motherboard

cant really change your mind but look into a 3900x.

like said above dont buy an sshd they are overpriced and dont perform well.

also, you dont really need a big case for expansion, pc parts dont really get bigger.

and also what do you want to do with this system.

AMD blackout rig

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6
