5 beeps on mobo

Hey. My pc is finished, I turn it on and the motherboard (Asrock b450 pro4) beeps 5 times. My specs are

Sapphire rx 590

Ryzen 5 3600x

16 gb ram one stick (I will upgrade later)

What could this mean?

Could it be a crappy psu?

Because Its like 8 years old or even 10. When i put in the gpu it doesnt turn on at all. Thats why i think its a psu problem. Its a 10 year old 450w Xilence psu

Yea that would be a very wise place to start and lets hope it didn't kill anything yet. Don't power it on any more and replace that PSU.
