Unresponsive PC

Hi all, 

 

I've got a case of a PC that's just received a new motherboard, CPU, and power unit. When the new PC parts were put into the old PC it booted up fine and drivers were installed. Then after just a couple hours of use the PC would abrupltly restart. After that the PC would start again and while the fans are spinning and power button works, every other IO isn't getting any signal of even power.

 

If anyone has any ideas, we'll greatly appreciate it,

Idea anyway:

Sudden restarts in the middle of use points at memory.  Whether it’s pointing correctly is another question.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
