Try the next lower XMP prodile, or if the ram has it - even a slower one. Zen+ should work fine with 3200 MHz.

You could try using the Ryzen DRAM calculator https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ryzen-dram-calculator/

Which resolution are you using? Using some text scaling in Windows?

Set XMP.

Manually change timings to CL16-18-18.

Disable power down mode.

Set mem volt to 1.36

Manually set memory frequency to 2933mhz and see if it posts up.

If it does, test stability, good? Then go to bios, set 3000mhz post windows and test.

It still not work , I have B450 Steel Legend with ryzen 2600x and 16GB (2x 8192MB) Patriot Viper Steel DDR4-3600 DIMM CL17-19-19-39 Dual Kit and this ram is not in mobo QVL

QVL doesnt list memory speeds at 3600. They go to 2400mhz at highest, qvl is designed at or near stock 1066 or 2133mhz.

The best kits for Ryzen are expensive and most people dont care to spend the money on b-die.

Generally b-die is 3600 cl16-16-16 and about 200$ us for the Trident Z kit.

Your best option is to return the memory and get better ram. Either off the qvl or b-die which are pretty flexible.
