games freezing non stop, need help ASAP!

Speedi

So about 1 month after i got a 1060 6gb i started to freeze in games about every hour. It wouldn't let me close the window or anything, the only thing i could do was click the windows key. Every time i freeze i have to restart my pc just to close the game (alt + f4 does not work) Its been going on for 2 months now and i have no idea how to stop it. I've already run both cpu and gpu stress tests and monitored their temps, that went perfectly fine, the only time it freezes is when im playing a game like apex legends of rocket league. Here are my pc parts. thanks in advance.

gpu: asus geforce gtx 1060 6gb ROG strix
ram: gskill 16gb ddr3 1600mhz
psu: evga 450w bronze
cpu: amd fx-6300 6 core
motherboard: gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
cpu cooler: amd wraith max

take one of the ram sticks out and see if that has any effect on the machines stability. Don't worry about ram usage just see if the memory system will effect the issue.

What about synthetic tests like unigine valley or superposition?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
