02 headphone amp/dac no audio

i have had the 02 headphone amp/dac for some time now and latley its stopped putingout audio sometimes when I change the output device or wake up from from sleep mode or just reboot, does anyone else experience this? and ifso now can i stop it from happening 

i have tried to change the usb port it uses to no effect

i also got it from mayflower electronics

Sounds like software problems.

Its not an issue for RMA.

Try going into your power management and disable power saving on USB and also go into device manager and disable USB power saving functions on USB root hub things, solved an issue I had with a laser mouse.

There will also be a setting under the device properties.

Ok, I did that, but it's still not fixed

I just left a Skype call and all my sound stoped

I don't have another computer that I can plug it into

I'm not sure if its fixed yet but I'm now getting a popping sound every few seconds which is really distracting
