Is am think of building a pc.

wanted to pick msi pro vdh max micro atx.

 With this set up 

amd ryzen 3 2000g

patriot viper 3000g ram 2*4

250 ssd

550 Corsair power supply

and a lan card on one of the pci slop.  But i just worried if get graphic card like a GeForce gtx 1050 or 1030 low end graphics card. Will it take cover the pci slot for the lan card. Just read somewhere that plan to add graphics in the future it will cover up all the pci slots.

you can get gigabit ethernet cards that fit in one of the two 1x PCIE slots you have, not too sure about 10 gb, but if all you are using it for is internet then you should be fine with that 

and thus the full reinforced pcie 16x slot is available for your graphics card of choice

The motherboard has a built in LAN port, you don't need to add a standalone card unless you're going for wireless or 10Gbit.
