HELP- Low fps and high cpu usage

Hi Guys

 

I recently bought a new gaming laptop - Asus Rog Strix scar II ( I7, Rtx 2060, 16 Gb of ram )

 

But it seem like the laptop runs every game at very low fps ( compared to what people are doing with the same laptop on youtube ) 

 

Battlefield 5 - 30 Fps on low 

Rainbow six - 55 fps on low 

Gta - 30 fps 

 

Its been a week ice been trying to fix this, I updated the drivers, checked that everything is on perofrmance, ... 

 

My Cpu is always on 100% and heats up very quickly ( 90 degree in an hour ) 

 

I have Geoforce Experience,Mcafee,Discord as third party software installed ( + Steam,Origin ) 

 

Is my laptop deffective? I will be able to bring it back in a month~
 

I bought the pc ^new^ Since it was the one they were using for showing around ( so it was turned on 24/7 showing the specs in the shop ) 

 

If anybody know how to fix, please help

Are you actually checking what is using the cpu % wise? You've already found the problem now do the diagnostic.
