I build my first gaming pc and my graphics card isn't working so I used an old one ATi radeon X300 and all my programs won't working such as davinci resolve even icue software due to open gl issues on windows 10 pro

ryzen 3700X asus x570 prime pro 16gb ddr4corsair vengeance rgb pro 3000mhz and 250gb hard drive.

Because your x300 stopped supporting modern standards in the early 2000s.. Im surprised anything runs!

The latest official drivers for the X300 are for Windows Vista, so I'm not surprised that things aren't working.  It can work on 10 with its basic functionality using the Vista drivers, but modern programs will have compatibility issues.
