My pc won't boot

My pc which is:

 

- Ryzen 3 3200G

-Corsair Vengeance 16gb

-MSI Radeon rx580 8gb.

-MSI motherboard which does not have a bios flash back button

Has stopped being able to boot. I use an old monitor that only uses VGA so I rely on the

integrated graphics until I upgrade my monitor. When I turn it on the rgbs light up and the fans spin but it will not boot. I have tried clearing the CMOS but that doesn't work. Any ideas appreciated.

Is the rx 580 plugged in?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Checking for a ram problem would be next.  One stick at a time.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
