Report Viewer and WSUS

I cannot get reports on my WSUS. It keeps saying that I need Microsoft Report Viewer 2012. I can get to the site to download it, and click on the download, but it never starts downloading. I have been through all of the security settings, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

IE acts like it is going to the site but the pop up dialog box for the download never appears.

Strange. Worked for me in every browser I tried including IE.

Do you have any way of installing another browser?

It works in IE on Win 10, but I am trying to download it in Windows Server 2019 WSUS VM, where it apparently does not work. I have not found another way in the past month that I have been trying to get this to work.

I got the installer on the vm, and the installer for the clr, but when I go to install the clr it now says that i don't have enough disk space, when I am only using 126GB of 252GB available, and the software only requires 6GB. O_o
