What would be a safe bet

Vinnie51

The box of my gigabyte windforce OC 3X RTX 2070 super says 650w or higher should I get a 650 Watt? Or a little higher? also have  i7-9700, Hyper 212 Evo, Z390 M gaming MotherBoard and 16GB of XPG RAM. Also want to account for overclocking as well. Pcpartpicker says 374 estimated wattage but just want to make sure.

650W sounds like a decent option, that'll also hold up better as you upgrade your system in the years to come.
