Well it depends on games and money I guess because the 2700 can power everything up to an rtx2070super without a sweat ^^

And if youre just looking at Nvidia it's fairly simple. Choose if you want rtx or not and then pick a card you can afford.

If it's from the newest gen they'll all be faster than the 1050ti.

But maybe start at the 1660super since cars below that may not be the biggest upgrade. That one is available for about 250 new I believe.

I think imma just get a 1080 or a 1080ti, cause I don't really need an RTX card atm. Thanks for all the info everybody!:D

Hey. I recently upgraded my pc by adding a Ryzen 7 2700, non x version, but I'm still using my old graphics card, GTX 1050ti. My gpu usage is almost always at max, and my cpu can't reach it's full potential. I have around €100 at the moment, but I can sell my old parts, including my 1050ti. It would be much appreciated if someone recommended me a nice card to upgrade to. Thank you in advance!

P.S. I would like a Nvidia card.

I have the same CPU in my other PC!

I got myself a Red Devil 5700xt for it, which I upgraded to from my RX 570.

Im really happy with the performance and noise levels, but the drivers are, well, shit.

I 100% prefer the Nvidia drivers of my main PC, but I would buy the 5700xt again.

Price/performance is insane with the card!

I play almost all my games 1920x1080, apart from csgo, which I play at 1440x1080. I've been playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 recently, and I'm planning to play newer titles such as Red Dead Redemption 2, etc. I get around 90-100 fps on low settings, texture settings on high, on Battlefront 2.

With your budget plus selling your 1050 TI your best bet would probably be an RX 590 or GTX 1650 Super. They're not huge leaps in performance though, so it may be worth savings up for a little while and going for a GTX 1660 Super.

CPU - Core i7 4770 RAM - 16GB DDR3 1600MHz GPU - XFX RX 470 4GB

SSD - 1TB TCSUNBOW X3 PSU - 500W Aerocool Integrator

2nd hand market is always good alternative. Not sure where you from tbh and how’s your local reselling market looks like but it’s worth looking around.

I'm in Belgium atm. I've been checking the Facebook marketplace and found a couple of GTX 1080s going for around 350 Euro, and also some 1080 TIs going for around 400 euro. I'm willing to spend that much, but honestly can't make the choice of whether to save and invest in a RTX card or pull the trigger and get a 1080 or 1080 TI. There are also some 1070s going around 200 euro
