Overclocked and no post

So i have a asus prime a320m-a and i tried overclocking the ram to 3200mhz without maxing the volts my mistake and now i can not post and i have tried to clear the cmos i took the battery out held power for 3 mins then left it for 5 hours.while i went to work and i still can not post

Use the actual clear cmos button/jumper as explained in the mobo manual.
