So i need to buy a new cpu, i already have everything else(ram, gpu, etc) but i cant decide beetween the intel processor`s lineup

Intel I7 9700

Intel I7 9700K

Intel I9 9900K

Im not the overclock guy, matter of fact, i´ve never done it, though if i can do some overclock without tweaking too much, and leaving that one setting forever and never worry about it again(wich is the case of non k) then i could do it.

I have the money to buy any of the three, but before you say the obvious, i need to be sure that the price difference between the 3 is worth it. Wich processor is the best for gaming and doing some photo editing and graphic design(photoshop, illustrator)???

Locked i9 9900? it's cheaper than the 9900K but also better than the 9700K even overclocked since you gain that sweet Hyper-Threading and more cache.

Also this is 9th gen.

Overclocking aint that hard, you just need to change the multiplier and the voltage, but yeah you will need a Z-series mobo for that.
buy the 9900k as you will benefit from hyperthreading
You can also go for the 9900KS which is simply a pre-overclocked 9900k

THIS IS MY SIGNATURE

and what about the temperatures and voltage usage? is it a big increase over stock?

Honestly it just seems a waste to buy a i9 processor if your not going to OC.  Stock clocked they aren't offering any advantages at all over a Ryzen 3000 processor while getting crushed by those processors in productivity tasks.  My opinion if your set on Intel is get a 9900K, get a good cooling solution, read a few OC'ing guides and get it to at least a 5.0 Ghz OC or just get the 9900KS if you don't want to take the time to OC.

Higher the voltage higher will be the temps.
if you hit the lottery you may be able to oc at low voltage.
preferably a dual aio or one of the solid air coolers like Nactua D15

if you already have the motherboard and/or are dead set on intel, ALWAYS buy the most expensive you can realistically afford.

Every day someone makes a post about how their i5 ain't cutting it anymore. Rarely do you see the opposite. Also, skip that abomination of a 9th generation i7. It lacks hyperthreading, a core efficiency feature that has been part of the i7 premium features since like, ever.

Screw intel for making the 9700k an i7. The 9900k is the real i7 in my eyes.
