Top left row of pixels flickering at <=60hz

Hello all, so I have a problem where the left half of my monitors top row of pixels flickers when the monitor runs at or below 60 hz. it is a 120 hz panel so I dont see this effect often but when I play games that drop below 60 I see it as well as other select times. I have recorded my screen with shadowplay as well and it does not show up so I know its the monitor. I just recently bought this monitor and my old one never did this, but that one was 60hz.
