Rgb Header

Hey there,

 

Im thinking to buy the Lian Li O11Dynamic XL it got 10Fan slots so im obviously thinking to buy  a LOT of RGB Fans....

And im thinking to buy some Led Strips for the case=more connections

I need  4-Pin (12V-G-R-B) connections but my Asus z390 E motherboard only got 2....

Is there any Rgb Header extension or splitter cable for me?

Also i need a Fan extension card but Asus extension card is a bit expensive if someone knows a cheaper variant pls tell me

Ah and i forgot im thinking to buy 6 Aerocool Rev RGB 120x120x25 Fans(now i got 2) and also i need to connect my Nzxt aio..

This is cablemadness can someone tell me what extensions i need for all the Rgb stuff

I have a O11 Dynamic right now, with 8 RGB fans, and 2 light strips on an X570 TUF Gaming. My fans are plugged into the RGB Headers they came with, and from there the controllers are plugged into USB 2.0 Headers on my motherboard. Then each of my light strips are plugged into one of the RGB Headers on my motherboard.

 

 

For what you'll need it depends on what fans/sets you buy. All my fans/AIO came with PWM splitters, male/female cable adapters, and any splitters/cables needed to run. Any decent company should supply you with everything you need to run your fans out of the box.

Iv got the same case. I run all my rgb though a corsair commander pro.

But can u connect ur fans to ur mainboard

I want to use aura sync

And is the corsair commsnder pro for every rgb fans or only for their owns?

Well I've got 9 fans lol. Not enough fan headers or rgb headers on any motherboard to take that many I'm aware of. You can daisy chain rgb strips and fans. But a purpose built controller is best. Find an ecosystem like corsair that has gains that you like and a controller. I've 4 corsair strips that all chain together that use just none header. LL120 fans come with a controller that takes 3 Dan inputs and turns it into 1. So 9 fans and 4 rgb strips only take up 4 connections.

Also you'll never get a clean looking build with them all stretched around your case! Plenty of space in the back for controllers and what not.
