I don't like telling people to "go google it", but it really would be the easiest for both you and us. There are hundreds of great guides already written and published which are much better than any of us would be able to compile in an answer to this thread. What you need is CudaMiner, poke around YouTube or Google and you will find plenty of good guides to set it up for litecoin.
