Building a PC for my girlfriend

. Budget & Location

€900 for everything (monitor, keyboard, mouse, wifi, desktop)

2. Aim

To build a 60hz 1440P  compatible system.  She plays games like Maplestory and the Sims where she hopes to play on 1440p. She definitely doesn't need more than 4 cores. 

3. Monitors

1440P monitor, preferably 30 inch or above. maybe even 4K if the budget fits. The colors need to be crisp though. 

4. Peripherals

Wifi, keyboard, mouse, mousepad I get windows 10 for free from school. 

5. Why are you upgrading?

My girlfriend is playing on a 2009 laptop. She needs an upgrade. Even Sims can't run. The goal is to spend as little as possible. 

 

PS: I'm not going to by second hand.

I hope to spend somewhere between 600 for the PC. And around 300 for the monitor. But shifting the budget is fine too. We're from the Netherlands.

 

I'm feeling this would be nice, not sure where I could save money. If you think I should adjust please let me know.
