100% disk usage

From some time after upgrading to windows 10 I am seeing my Disk Usage in task manager mostly at 100% 

I tried reinstalling windows 10 but still same problem occur.

Is it the problem in my Harddrive and what should I do to fix it?

 

The harddrive is 500 gb WD Blue

Figure out in Task Manager or Resource Monitor what's pegging the storage drive.

 

And since people are just going to say it, it may be the hard drive being too slow to service all of the requests. Going to an SSD will help alleviate this.

It "might" be a windows update...which is a pain on slower drives...you might need to reboot your machine and let it sit idle for a day so all the updates can finish ?

1) If it's an old hard drive, it's likely aging and therefore takes a lot more time. Check your SMART status with something like CrystalDiskInfo.

2) Windows 10 and HDDs do not go well together. Windows 10 is designed to work better on SSDs.

In task manager there is system which is taking 0.1mb/s and USO core worker process taking 0.3mb/s this two are using most of disk as per task manager.

Does this mean my Drive are too slow?

USO is the " Update Session Orchestrator" (a new tool to coordinate and manage update sessions), and was introduced in Windows 10 1903.
