Need help pls

I decided to sell my old PC, so I burned DBAN onto an USB, pluged it in and let it go. A few hours later, the electricity went out and now im unable to restart the process because DBAN wont boot due to the PC looking for the system drive.

Clear the CMOS, boot in the BIOS and select the USB drive as the boot drive.

 

If it still can't find it, redo the DBAN drive from another PC.
